The Rheingold beer jingle has a pedigree, or at least the music does. The writer of the lyrics is unknown. The words also stay in the memory. I heard this tune on KMFA last weekend, where the composer was announced as Waldteufel, known to most of us as the composer of the Skaters' Waltz, but the credit must have gone to his arrangement, since he's not the original composer of the tune.
