Vogt, Jr. Maybe it's time to pick up a copy of some of those books again, before they vanish, especially Modern Homesteaders and People of Rimrock: A Study of Values in Five Cultures. Some of the Russell Lee Farm Security Administration photographs documenting Pie Town turn out to be in color.
